Cheshire shop re-let

Acting on behalf of a private property company, Peill & Company have negotiated an early surrender of a lease from BAT, and re-let the property on a new overriding lease. The property has been re-let to a gents' barber shop, as their second shop, the first being in Staffordshire. Peill & Company are retained in the property management of the shop.
