New letting in Keswick to Field & Trek

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Peill & Company have let the former Millets units at 85/87 Main Street, Keswick CA12 5TD, to Field & Trek. The unit commenced trading within a week of the lease being completed. The property was let on the basis of a new 10-year full repairing lease and extends to a total of 2,700 sq ft on the ground floor. In house estates department acted on behalf of Field & Trek. The letting consolidates the northern end of Main Street as a good destination for, in particular, outdoor retailers with representation from Fat Face, Outdoor Running and the newly refurbished Blacks Outlet. The letting was completed in an off-market transaction.
