Costa Coffee opens latest outlet in South Cumbria

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Peill & Company has let 36/38 Market Street, Ulverston to Costa Coffee, and the unit is now open and trading. The unit extends to a total of 1,500 sq ft and was let off an asking rental of £19,750 per annum. Morgan Martin acted on behalf of the tenant. The Ulverston outlet adds to the other Costa Coffee branches in Barrow in Furness, Kendal, Bowness on Windermere and Ambleside.
