Peill & Company have acted for a private landlord in securing the letting of a unit at 36/38 Market Street, Ulverston to Costa Coffee. The former Your Move estate agency unit extends to ground floor of 135 sq m (1,453 sq ft) plus basement ancillary. Planning was granted for change of use by South Lakeland District Council and fit-out works have commenced with the unit due to open shortly. Morgan Martin acted for the tenant.
