BT lets surplus transport depot

Acting on behalf of BT, Peill and Company have let 466 sq m (5,012 sq ft) in Kendal, on Sandylands Road, to Continental Landscapes who provide grounds maintenance services to South Lakeland District Council. Continental are re-locating from their existing base on Mintsfeet Industrial Estate and the property will serve as a new depot for the South Lakes area. The property was let off an asking rental of £25,000 p.a. exclusive.
