Allied Carpets Relocate in Carlisle

Peill & Company have recently completed the letting of Byron House, Shaddongate to Allied Carpets, who have relocated their store from the Kingstown Retail Park in the City. Allied Carpets have taken a unit on the ground and part first floor of Byron House alongside retailers including Subway and Crown Berger, and adjacent to Thomson Roddick Laurie, the fine art auctioneers. Allied Carpets Estates Department acted for the retailer.

As part of the deal, a first floor showroom area is now available to let and offers a retailer the ideal opportunity to trade within the Allied Carpets building. The space, which has a retail stair and lift access from the ground floor extends to a total of 506 sq m (5,448 sq ft), and includes staff welfare facilities. As part of the deal, Argos took an assignment of Allied Carpets previous store on the Kingstown Retail Park, which now trades as an Argos Extra store.
