Dumfries Shop Let on a New Lease

Acting on behalf of a private property company, Peill & Company, the PAI member for Cumbria, Lancashire and southern Scotland, have let a shop at 156 High Street in Dumfries on the basis of a new 5-year lease to an independent trader fitting out as a gents’ barber. The property was marketed and let during lockdown and let within a few weeks of the departure of the previous tenant. Peill & Company’s property management department act in connection with the ongoing management of the property.
