Handmade Ice-Cream Company was established in the Lake District and specialises in completely natural ice cream, including some vegan varieties.
The final two units at the estate are under offer to a commercial bakery, who also intend to open an outlet for customers to purchase their produce, as well as continuing their wholesale distribution business into expanded premises, relocating from the centre of the village. Other occupiers on the estate include One-Stop Hire and The Porterage Company, who have a wholesale business and trade counter selling fine wines and associated products, and also a distribution centre serving the whole of the Lake District.
