Lake District Letting to Outdoors retailer

Peill & Company, the PAI member for Cumbria, Lake District and Lancashire have concluded a new letting in Grasmere Village to Trespass Outdoor, for the opening of a new outdoor clothing and equipment shop, which adds to the existing Trespass outlets in nearby Keswick and Ambleside. Simon Adams, Managing Director of Peill & Company commented ‘we are delighted to be able to let the shop to a high-quality covenant such as Trespass and the letting demonstrates ongoing demand from outdoors retailers for bricks & mortar stores within honeypot tourist destinations such as Grasmere in the heart of the Lake District National Park’.
