Another Lake District letting to Pavers

Peill & Co, the PAI member for Cumbria, the Lake District and Lancashire have recently acted jointly with Leggat Owen of Chester in connection with the letting off a unit within the Market Cross shopping centre in Ambleside to Pavers Shoes, relocating their existing store in the village. Pavers, the family owned shoe company had, until recently, 130 shops around the UK but have also purchased Jones Boot Makers out of administration earlier this year and the Ambleside letting represents another unit within the Lake District following the recent letting by Peill & Co to Pavers for their new Kendal store. The Market Cross shopping centre is in the heart of Ambleside village with occupiers including Rohan, Fat Face, Joules, Boots the Chemist, Gaynor Sports, Costa Coffee, Blacks and Trespass
