Former HSBC refurbished to create multi-let building

Peill & Company have acted on behalf of the Kirkby Lonsdale Tourist Information Centre and Community Interest Company in connection with their acquisition of the former HSBC bank in Kirkby Lonsdale. The property has been substantially refurbished to create a new Tourist Information Centre and hub for the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority on the ground floor, plus an Estate Agency for Thomson Hayton Winkley on the ground floor with associated solicitor’s offices at first floor level. Peill & Company acted in the letting of the surplus space, and also with the letting of the former Tourist Information Office at 24 Main Street.
