Kendal retail unit let to online trader

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Peill & Company have secured a letting of 10 Finkle Street in Kendal (the former Phones 4U unit) to Urban Celebrity Clothing, a locally based retailer who have become well established as an online men’s clothing retailer, but were looking for a high street presence. The transaction was completed swiftly in order to allow the tenant to be in the unit and trading in the run up for Christmas trade.
