Kendal shop let within 24 hours

Acting on behalf of a private property company, Peill & Company have concluded the letting of a shop at 4 Kirkland in Kendal within 24 hours of being instructed. The property was placed on the market and transaction agreed immediately with an acceptable tenant, and the new tenant moved into the property the day after expiry of the existing lease, meaning no loss of income to the landlord. The letting was handled by Peill & Company’s agency department, and the portfolio of which the property forms part, is managed in-house by Peill & Company’s property management department. The property was under offer on the same day it went on the market, a lease issued to the new tenant within 24 hours, completed a matter of days thereafter, and arrangements made for the new tenant to take occupation the day after the previous tenant vacated.”
