Lake District Restaurant let on behalf of Tesco Stores

Acting on behalf of Tesco Stores, Peill & Co has let a restaurant extending to approximately 2000 sq ft above the Tesco Express store in Market Place, Ambleside in the heart of the Lake District National Park. The business will be operated by a new venture to trade as Pig Fish Cow being an eclectic restaurant offer. The letting reinforces demand for restaurant and leisure space within the Lake District and it has a ground floor entrance adjacent to Tesco leading to the large first floor restaurant with a benefit of a rear balcony/seating area overlooking the surrounding Lakeland fells. Johnson Fellows in Birmingham acted jointly with Peill & Co and they are the retained agents for Tesco Stores in house management portfolio.
