Lake District Restaurant Sold Freehold

Acting on behalf of longstanding owners, we have recently sold the former Oriental Kitchen Restaurant at 13 Crescent Road in Windermere to a new restaurant operator. The property was sold within a month of being placed on the market, demonstrating strong demand for restaurant/leisure property within the Lake District National Park. The property which comprises ground floor and lower ground floor restaurant with two self-contained flats above, was sold from an asking price of £495,000.
The purchaser is to undertake extensive refurbishment of the property and will be re-opening in an alternative restaurant/bar format during the course of late Spring/early Summer 2015.
