Poundworld take first Cumbrian Store

Acting on behalf of John Menzies Plc, Peill & Co have agreed a letting of the former Bodycare unit at 174-176 Dalton Road, Barrow in Furness to Poundworld. Peill & Co acted jointly with Jones Lang LaSalle in London, and the letting represents the first unit in Cumbria for Poundworld, the rapidly expanding discount store. The unit extends to a total of 3,584 sq ft on the ground floor and 3,644 sq ft on the first floor and was let at an asking rent of £55,000 per annum.
