Acting on behalf of Rowlands Pharmacy, Peill & Company have sold the freehold interest in Unit 63, Gilwilly Industrial Estate, Penrith, Cumbria, off an asking price of £550,000. Peill & Company acted jointly with GVA in Liverpool, who are retained advisers to Rowlands Pharmacy. The warehouse was surplus to requirements, Phoenix Distribution having reviewed their distribution estate. The building extended to a total of 16,631 sq ft (1545 sq m) on a site of 1.11 acres (0.45 hectares).
