New letting to soft play centre in west Cumbria

Acting on behalf of the property company owner, Peill & Company have agreed a simultaneous surrender of the lease to a carpet retailer and re-letting to Rainbow City Play Centre for the establishment of a new soft play centre at Haig Enterprise Centre at Kells, Whitehaven. The unit extends to approx 5,500 sq ft and forms part of the 41-unit business park a short distance from Whitehaven town centre.
