Acting on behalf of a family property company, Peill & Company have acquired the former Tranfield food production facility at Shap, near Penrith for refurbishment and re-letting. The property, which has been vacant for a number of years was previously Fellside Foods and was one of the largest sausage production factories in Europe. The property has been pre-let to a warehouse/distribution company and will undergo substantial works of refurbishment.
