Former Barclays Bank Premises Re-let

Acting on behalf of a private investor, Peill & Company have agreed an early surrender of the lease to Barclays Bank plc on their former branch premises at St George’s Road, Millom, coupled with a new lease to an incoming tenant at the same time. The premises are to be occupied by The Vapour Bar as their third outlet since they already have premises in Ulverston and Barrow in Furness.
