Business Park Offices in Kendal let to regional construction company

Acting on behalf of a private property company, Peill & Co have let offices at Helm Bank, on the outskirts of Kendal to Caddick Construction, the Yorkshire based development company who will be utilising the offices as their Cumbrian base. Caddick construction have been involved in a number of high-profile developments in the Lakes area including development of the new Kentdale Jaguar/Landrover dealership and are currently constructing the Beehive Business Park with Marks & Spencer Food, Aldi, Screwfix and Lake District Farmers premises. The suite of offices at Helm Bank is located in a park land setting with on site car parking, and was previously occupied by Waites Group, another national construction company, who have relocated to Warrington.
