Former RBS Bank acquired for client

Acting on behalf of private investor clients, Peill & Co Ltd, the PAI member for Cumbria, The Lakes, Lancashire and southern Scotland, have acquired the former Royal Bank of Scotland in Market Place, Kendal freehold with vacant possession. The property will undergo a refurbishment including instillation of new shop front and Peill & Co’s Building Surveying department have already prepared feasibility schemes for conversion of the upper floors to residential. The unit is being offered to the market and will be retained as an investment by the purchasers. Avison Young in Liverpool acted on behalf of RBS.
