Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Peill & Co have let 19/21 Portland Walk, Barrow-in-Furness to Heron Frozen Foods. The unit, which extends to a total ground floor sales area of approximately 2,500 sq ft plus 1st floor ancillary, is located adjacent to the entrance to the indoor market in Barrow within the Portland Walk development close to the Debenhams Department Store. Heron will be trading the unit as a cool trader outlet for the sale of fresh and frozen foods. Peill & Co acted throughout including negotiating a terminal schedule of dilapidations with the previous tenant and marketing the new unit.
