Carlisle store let to Mamas & Papas retailer

Acting on behalf of a private investor, Peill & Company have completed the letting of Unit 1 at Byron House, Shaddongate, Carlisle, which is opposite the proposed new Sainsbury's supermarket to an exclusive retailer for Mamas and Papas. The unit extends to a total of 2989 sq ft, and the tenants have taken a new 10 year lease.

Units 2 & 3 at the scheme are now available, and range from approximately 2,000 sq ft up to 12,000 sq ft. The units comprise part of the former Allied Carpets unit, and other occupiers include Subway, Crown Berger and Thomson Roddick Laurie.
