Acting on behalf of a private investor, Peill & Company have completed the letting of Unit 1 at Byron House, Shaddongate, Carlisle, which is opposite the proposed new Sainsbury's supermarket to an exclusive retailer for Mamas and Papas. The unit extends to a total of 2989 sq ft, and the tenants have taken a new 10 year lease.
