Peill and Company are advising Houghton Coachworks on the development of a new business park in Milnthorpe close to Junction 36 of the M6 Motorway and offering excellent access to Kendal, South Lakes, North Lancashire and the M6 Motorway. The development will comprise a total of 35,000 sq ft with units ranging in sizes from 2,000 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft. Units are available to let and a second phase of the development will comprise up to 16,000 sq ft of retail space. Andrew Peill commented “we are currently in negotiations with a number of national and regional retailers to take space within the second phase which will see an A1 food store developed to serve Milnthorpe and the surrounding areas”.
