Barrow in Furness – New Tesco Metro Store Opens

Tesco have refurbished the former Kwik Save store on Flass Lane in the Roose area of Barrow as a new Tesco Metro store which opened at the end of February.  The store, which extends to a total of 11,500 sq ft complements the supermarket’s existing Tesco Extra store in the centre of the town.  Peill & Company are currently instructed to dispose of the other vacant Kwik Save store at the junction of Holker Street and Abbey Road on the edge of Barrow town centre which extends to a total of 14,611 sq ft and has an open A1 food consent.  The store, which sits on a site of approximately 1.4 acres, has the benefit of 75 on site car parking spaces and is available for sale freehold or leasehold.  Further details can be obtained from Pete Nicholson or from the following link: Barrow - Former Kwik Save
