Acting on behalf of a private vendor, Peill & Company have recently agreed the freehold sale of the former Cumbria Shop Fitting premises at Penrith Road to Travis Perkins, who intend to open a new trade warehouse to compliment their existing premises in Workington and Penrith. After lengthy negotiations and planning applications, a change of use has been granted by the Lake District National Park Authority and Travis Perkins intend to open the site during the course of 2008.
