July 2007
Acting on behalf of C. & J. Clark Properties, Peill and Company have just completed the disposal of 2 factory units on the Devonshire Road Industrial Estate, Millom, Cumbria. Unit 2, which extends to approx. 13,700 sqft has been acquired by the RAF Millom Museum, a charity who intend to utilise the building for display and restoration of aircraft and the history associated with the RAF in the Millom area. Unit 3, which extends to approx. 5100 sqft has been acquired by a private purchaser. The deals complete a hat trick of disposals of the Devonshire Road Industrial Estate by Peill & Company including the recent letting of Unit 8C on behalf of the Northern Trust Company Limited.
