Acting on behalf a private property company, Peill & Company have let a retail unit on Dumfries High Street to Moshulu, the Devon based, 50-shop retailer of shoes and accessories. Peill & Company acted in the acquisition of the property, which was previously a Newcastle Building Society and have advised on the refurbishment and letting of the ground floor shop and refurbishment of the upper floors.
