Peill and Company completes national portfolio valuation.

Acting on behalf of an international leisure operator, Peill and Company have recently completed another portfolio valuation for a client in the leisure sector.  The properties, which were spread throughout the United Kingdom are as far afield as Cornwall in the south west to the Western Isles.  Andrew Peill, Director, commented "the completion of this portfolio valuation for this long standing client demonstrates Peill and Company's ability to provide a nationwide service on behalf of clients from our north west base.  We are regularly instructed to carry out work outside of the north west and despite the fact that these properties were 100's of miles apart we are able to offer our same level of service to clients on a national basis to those who we act for in Cumbria, Lancashire and Southern Scotland".
