Carlisle - Kingmoor Park - New Developments

Work has just started on a development of 8 workshop units of 1550 sq ft each, which are aimed at owner-occupiers, and are available for sale or to let. Simon Adams commented, “The new units, which will be ready in December are available for sale on new 125 year lease, which is the first time occupiers have been able to buy units at Kingmoor Park. Most of the industrial space in Carlisle is held on ground leases, and the new development is sure to be popular with owner-occupiers. A second phase is planned for similar units in early 2007”. The units, at Unit P, Kingmoor Park Central are available at £145,000 each.
