Barrow in Furness - Emlyn Hughes House

We have been retained by Barrow Borough Council to market the new office development on Abbey Road to be called Emlyn Hughes House, after the famous Liverpool & England footballer, who was born in the town. The new development comprises 3 floors of grade A office space, with a total of approx 12,500 sq ft available to let. Work has started on the building, with topping out due in September 2006, and the building ready for occupation in early 2007.
