Kendal - Bridge Mills

We have recently let 10,000 sq ft of space within Bridge Mills off Stramongate in the centre of Kendal to Hawkshead as their new retail headquarters for the UK.  Hawkshead which is a national retail company, with over are the subject of a management buyout and have relocated their head office to Kendal.  Bridge Mills, which is in development by ING Real Estate comprises 35,000 sq ft of refurbished Grade A office space with on site car parking on the banks of the River Kent in the centre of Kendal.  The remainder of the building is let to Temple Heelis Lawyers, Wray Castle Training & Development with one remaining suite of 1,680 sq ft currently under offer, and in solicitors’ hands.
